Turkey Fryer – A delicious alternative for the hum drum Turkey

Tired of the ho-hum Thanksgiving turkey?  Well, deep fryed turkey may be your answer! Deep-frying turkeys is very popular in Louisiana.  My family has done it for years.  The turkey does not turn out greasy.  In fact, deep-frying seals the outside of the turkey which means the inside stays incredibly juicy!  Now that I am living in the north, I have deep fryed turkey’s up here for my in laws during the holiday’s.  They were all pleasantly surprised that the turkey was not greasy and had such wonderful flavor.  This was their first experience eating a fryed turkey.  Now they request them every holiday!

To make the turkey extra tasty you may want to try the Cajun Injector.  This nifty injector allows you to inject the seasonings directly into the meat.  We have used the Creole Marinades many times and they are delicious.  They come in different flavors but my favorite is the Creole Butter Marinade.

Cajun Injector perfect for Thanksgiving Turkey!

The cajun injector is a handy tool that enables you to cook a succulent, taste filled turkey or chicken.   By injecting a marinade directly into the meat, the cooked bird has more taste and is very juicy!  Most cajun injector kits usually come with two or three marinades.   First, all you have to do is  fill up the injector with your preferred marinade.  Next make several injections into thick areas of meat.  Cook the bird as you normally would.  Be prepared to enjoy a delicious meal!
